That was an interesting paper!
There is one basic assumption in this paper that concerns me. Ministers who are serving in non- senior or sole positions were not included in the survey. If we are to have excellent large congregation minstries - these second and third positons must be taken seriously. There is a high degree of craft to working as an effective team. Harvard clearly does not think so.
